Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us. *Some items and shipping will need a custom freight rate and you will be contacted if this is required.

What is the cost of shipping?

We use a third party shipping company to calculate our rates based on shipping dimensions and weights. Shipping will be calculated at checkout after inputting your shipping address. Free Shipping will be applied on all orders in Canada over $500.00 excluding large products such as Texture Machines, Scaffolding, and more.

How do I get free shipping?

Free shipping is offered on all orders in Canada over $500.00, excluding the following products

Texture Machines
Scaffolding Products
and other larger items

How long will it take to receive my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details and tracking will be provided in your confirmation email.

How do I track my order?

If the shipping carrier provides a tracking number for your order, this information will be provided to you via email. Please allow 24 hours after you receive your tracking number for accurate tracking information.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes we do. Order online and print off receipt with order number to pick up in-store during store hours.

What is your turnaround time?

All orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchase, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Mountain time. Orders received after this time will count towards the next
business day.

Product

Can I return my product?

We currently do not take returns. If it's a manufacturer defect, please email Bart at bartstapingtools@gmail.com with your concerns, and we will take care of the issue.

Do you offer tool repairs?

We now offer tool repairs! Navigate to "Tool Repairs" in the menu and fill out the form. You can also find our average rates and more information on the process.

Do you special order?

Yes, we are able to special order in some products and parts. Please contact us by phone or email.

Does my product have warranty?

Many manufacturers include a limited time warranty. Please refer to the manufactures website for more information on specific warranty offers.

What credit cards are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Debit, and more. We also accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. You can also apply for Buy Now Pay Later with our 3rd party Financing Options

What are Bart's Rewards?

Become a member to earn points and gain exclusive rewards for every purchase you make. Earn points based off purchases and tasks, redeem points for rewards such as free shipping, discounts, and free products.

How do I start earning rewards?

To enroll customers must join rewards program by visiting our website loyalty program page (this page) and selecting "Join Program". Enrollment is free, and participation is voluntary. Each customer can only have one account.

*Customers must join on the rewards page to start collecting points even if they already have a login for our website.

How can I earn rewards?

Complete actions to earn points, these points can then be redeemed for discounts, free shipping, or free products.

Ways to earn include:
Placing an order, Signing up, Birthday, Follow Social Media, and more.

Placing an order will grant you 2 points for every $1 spent

How can I redeem rewards?

Use your points to claim the rewards listed below and apply them during checkout.

To redeem your points navigate to the rewards page or the rewards cart (floating icon on bottom left of page). When you arrive on the rewards page, and are logged in, you will see your points balance as well as "Ways to redeem points". Click redeem under any of the options you have available. For free shipping and discounts you will be able to automatically apply it to your cart, or be able to copy a discount code to enter at checkout.
For free items be sure to add the items to your cart before copying the discount code and entering it at checkout.
